In accordance with the “principle of limitation of purpose”, the data collected will be processed exclusively for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and will not be further processed in a manner incompatible with said purposes.

Conservation time

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial / commercial relationship is maintained as long as you do not request its deletion. In the event that the interested party acts through a legal representative, he must provide the identification document and the proof of his legal representation.

Purposes of treatment

Description of the treatment

The capture of images obtained and stored by means of the recording system (video surveillance cameras), used for the purposes of prevention, security, and protection of people and property found in the organization’s facilities.

Legitimation of the assignment

The legitimate interest of the Data Controller, with the aim of guaranteeing security in the organization’s facilities.

Conservation time

The images captured through the video surveillance system will be kept for a maximum period of one month from their capture, after which it will be deleted, provided that the user does not exercise any of the rights that legally protect him.

Recipients

Recipients of the assignment

Access to the images will be exclusively of the organization as responsible for the recording system. However, the above may be accessed by the company that provides the Video Surveillance and / or Security Service that the organization has contracted, but this will always be done under a previous contract signed between both parties, complying with the guidelines approved by the data protection authorities.

Likewise, the images may be transferred to the Corps and State Security Forces, as well as to the Courts and Tribunals that require it in compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the Entity as Responsible for treatment.
